I read the review labeled one star and I could not agree more! She is full of herself, condescending and doesn't listen.

Saw her at Urgent Care, hence long wait. Howevershe spent quality time explaining the treatment and her diagnosis

vile attitude, no bedside manners and full of herself, she does not listen to the patients, very condescending. I wonder why RMC is keeping her at the urgent care. Patients are changing medical group so they don't have to go and have another encounter with this doctor. She needs to go. There are so many RMC internal med mds that are so good and thorough. I wish not to see this doctor, she is not appropriate for her chosen profession.

Tonight was the 2nd time my family encountered her at RMC. After the first we reminded ourselves to make sure she was not working whenever we went. We had been lucky enough for so long we forgot about her. Our luck ran out tonight. She is rude,nasty, accusatory,demeaning and refuses to treat based on her personal feelings and judgments based on appearance and god knows what else runs through her mind. Seems she hates people. Or maybe just some. Our first contact with this person was when my daughter saw her. She was extremely ill with the flu that had turned into bronchitis. She walked in, looked at the nurses notes, looked at my daughter up and down then asked if she was a drug addict. Why? Because she wore a beanie? Sweats? Has a tattoo?( Sorry doc, which btw in my opinion you don't qualify as one. My daughter is a professional dancer/choreographer and travels the world with the countries leading dance company. ) she then tells her shes fine, go home, and walked out of room.… Tonights encounter. My husband has had the flu for 2 weeks. Was in RMC 8 days ago got RX for antibiotics and they did nothing. Hes much worse and cant miss more work. He asked for a Zpac, and she said, " you've already been given an RX im not giving you another" and walked out. Her treatment of people, attitude, quality of care, ethics and overall vileness qualify her more for her homeland. Not here.

She was rude and mean.

I was feeling like I might faint but I was still coherent. She had no idea what she was doing!!!! She unneccesarily cut me open with a scalpel. It was a small puncture wound and she turned it into a huge open gash then had to give me 3 stitches. Please DO NOT see this doctor!!!! Ask for someone else or go to another place. Make sure you pay attention to what she is doing. Staff was good...most of them.

I saw this DR at Riverside Medical Clinic Urgent Care at the Riverside location. I have had back problems off and on for years and this event was a very painful one. They took a urin sample, a standard thing befor an exam of a patient with back pain. However, my back pain was not in my lower back it was the muscles in my mid back. I happened to be spotting that morning so, naturally there was blood in my urine. I explained my back pain history and my spotting history to her and she completely ignored what I said as though I said nothing. Then she asked me " has anyone ever told you that you HAVE kidney stones?" I said " no, because I dont have them" again, she ignored me. She asked me to point out where my back pain was and i pointed to it. She ran her fingers up my spine and said " does this hurt?" I said " no, thats my spine, the pain is in my middle back muscles" she then pressed on my lower back, my kidneys and asked if that hurt. Again i said no, the pain is in the muscles of… my middle back. Again, she ignored me and said she was going to send me to have a CT scan to see where my Kidney stones were. After I refused to have a $25,000 CT Scan I insisted on her refilling my muscle relaxor meds so I could get out of there she finally agreed and I left. My daughter was seen by this person some time ago and she basically told her she was a drug addict when she was very ill with bronchitis. DR Gupta is incompetant and my family will never be seen by this bafoon. I highly suggest if you come across her dont let her treat you. She is not capible of diagnosing patients.

I was very ill after returning from an international trip. This doctor asked me what was I expecting her to do for me and prescribed some antibiotics. After a week I was not any better, went back and she yelled at me telling me that it was my fault I was sick. I saw another doctor and it turns out I had a severe sinus infection with inflamed tonsils. I would never recommend this doctor to anybody.
