Dr. Aparna Eligeti, MD

I’ve been seeing doctor Eligeti for over 15 years and I highly recommend her to everyone. I’ve birthed 2 babies with her and she is the absolute best.

Was seen quickly, efficiently and had time for questions. Very thorough.

Dr. Eligeti was thoughtful and supportive throughout my first visit. She was very helpful in providing information and answering all of my questions. I feel very blessed to be in her care through my first pregnancy

Excellent bedside manners, I went in for one procedure then had concerns about something else. She addressed it and took care of it. Dr.Eligeti and her assistant are the best.

I have not been to an OB/GYN since 1983. Needless to say I was apprehensive about this visit. Dr. ELIGETI was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable & confident. I did not wait long at all but then my appointment was at 8:30 a.m. she diagnosed my issue and ordered meds. Very sweet, soft spoken. Talks people talk not Dr. talk to explain things! Scheduled follow right there & I have no trepidation about it! The staff were professional & efficient, kind & friendly! Love the place.

Scheduled an annual pap 2 months ago. This was my first time to Premier as a new patient, and it will be my last time visiting them for GYN services, along with visiting Dr. Eligeti. I arrived on time/early, with my online pre screening paperwork completed. I was then sent up to the 2nd floor waiting room. I waited close to 15 minutes, ideal, to be expected. Eligeti’s nurse Jess, called me back and did my vitals! She was sweet and personable. I was taken to the examination room! Was told Eligeti would be in soon. After 52 minutes of waiting, no communication from any team members, I got up and started putting my clothes back on. Eligeti then walked in, I let her know I was about to head out, dissatisfied! But I stayed and continued the examination. A few notations: * she came in hot with her laptop at a million miles an hour, no hello, no welcome to the practice, no how’s it going, no eye contact, no thank you for your patience! She didn’t even verify my identity/check my… name!!! When I expressed my dissatisfaction about the wait, she sure did blame it on being behind ( I get it, it’s healthcare, but dang, you have no problems taking my money and asking me for things, keep me informed) and sure did blame it on her nurse for the lack of updates; super impersonal but hey let’s still a speculum inside me! * Continued the fast paced tone, did not ask me ANY questions around my lifestyle, daily activities, work, exercise activities… or my health history! Nothing! I specifically chose this Dr bc of her apparent knowledge and research for PCOS. It was evident she didn’t read my profile, as I referenced the PCOS and she never even brought it up. Why did I spend 20 minutes uploading all of my health info and signing 10 disclosures; clearly she read NOTHING on my chart. * She did find it imperative to tell me about how much I should walk/exercise, how much daily calcium I need, to drink soy and almond milk; I could tell she spit this spiel out about 20 times before me already today! Again, without asking about my nutrition or daily activities. * She did ask a few questions during the exam around where I’m from, contraceptive methods my husband and I use. Her responses to my answers, I can’t even, I’m not going to go there! But, for starters… it’s non of your business why both me and my husband don’t have kids and we choose vasectomy as our method of birth control!! I’ve never felt more like a number, opposed to a patient or person than I did in my 3 minute interaction with Eligeti!!! I waited 2 months for the appointment, close to an hour for the visit, for three minutes of her time, to feel dismissed and like she did not want to be there or care about my visit or concerns!! I’m not discrediting her as a Dr, as my interaction with her was short, rushed, impersonal, and subpar. Maybe she is a good Dr., but not for me! I will not I will not recommend or return!!! Lastly, my time is just as valuable as hers as a Dr and her other patients! But it’s unacceptable!!!

It’s not always easy selecting a new GYN, it’s a very personal experience. Doctor Eligeti was polite, patient, understanding and had wonderful bedside manner. I felt she was listening to me and that’s so important! Happy to have found my new GYN
