I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Shah to others. He has a wonderfully calm, non intimidating, bedside manner. He discusses next steps/ what to expect going forward in easy to understand terms. I don't know that gynecological appointments are anyone's favorite, but they are absolutely necessary. Having a provider like Dr. Shah genuinely makes all the difference.

I went in to see Dr Shah in November 2024 suspecting I had fibroids. He told me at two separate appointments it was likely cervical cancer and recommended I change my insurance to a plan that is accepted by Dana Farber. When he received the results that it was NOT cancer, he never bothered to call me, I had to call him after receiving a call to schedule an MRI(I had no idea what for!) and was told he had a busy clinic and he wouldn’t be able to get back to me with the (CANCER!) results until later that afternoon. After the MRI I received very little follow up and the guidance I did receive was WRONG and not appropriate for my situation. Luckily I found an amazing provider at a different hospital who was able to provide the appropriate treatment(for fibroids). The entire experience was extremely upsetting and beyond stressful, I would avoid this doctor if you have a serious medical issue.

Dr. Shah is very kind and compassionate. Makes you very comfortable.
