3x dr castenares misdiagnosed a skin condition I've had fir years. If I want an appt I have to drive to the office. She doesn't believe in emails. Doesn't want to be bothered. I had a scheduled for 11:39 I got out at 4:30. No water and no lunch, so of course I wasn't feeling well. Shes a pill pusher

Been going to Dr. Castanares for years but it’s time to find myself another doctor with better staff... she used to have good employees ... but they ended up leaving elsewhere I’m sure, now the 2 that she has are just incompetent they never know what there doing and my health is important... sorry Dr. Castanares I wish you the best

Dr. Castanares might be a good doctor, but her staff in the other hand are just dumb and rude .. wait time? Just ridiculous ... phone time/hold time is ridiculous too! Waste of an office

i have been seeing Dr. Castanares for 4 yrs. i like the Dr. She is very caring & thorough. Excellent bed side manner. Good evaluations &follows through with tratments & RX. However, the last 2 yrs has been crazy getting an app't. Have to wait 2-3 weeks for an app't & have to wait 3-4 hrs. to see her. The staff doesn't seem to care much. Lost paperwork, referrals take weeks. They tell me to go to urgent care or emergency. Forget about it if you have an emergency.

Dr Castanares came recommended to us by other patients, many of which are my wife's friends....she speaks the same dialect as my wife which makes conversations easier. However her staff is dissappointing to say the least....you can never speak to anyone no matter when you call and your'e either put on hold for hours or you get some kind if electrical buzzing....

I was satisfied when I first started seeing her over two years ago but the last time I made an appointment for 8:30 and when I got there a little after 8:00 there were four people scheduled before me. There is no way to see 5 people in 30 minutes. I left after being there for a hour and a half. Not good scheduling by either her front office or her request to them to stack up the patients. Will be changing my doctor as my time is important to me.

The Doctor took time to listen to me, went over blood results and explained everything to me. She scheduled needed tests right away. I have gone to see her twice and she is much better than the other place that I used to go to.

Been a patient of Dr. Castanares for about 3 months, she is a great doctor, takes her time with you and answers all your questions, the wait does take a long time from when you sign in until you check out maybe about 2-3 hours, but honestly the wait doesn't matter this doctor is worth the wait and her staff members are nice and they try there best to answer all your questions however you are expected to be on hold for a few minutes but is understandable since her office is always busy, but as long as my questions are answered then I don't mind, I am referring all my friends and family to her!

She is a great Doctor, this was my third visit with her, she explains everything to you and listens to you very well unlike my past doctors, the wait time to see her is long though (2 hours)but worth the wait, keep in mind she is the only Doctor there, I will for sure be recommending her.

she is a great doctor she listens and makes proper diagnostics HOWEVER the wait time is REALLY long, it doesnt really matter when you have the appointment the scheduling is always off expect to wait 2-3 hrs
