Dr. Tijunelis, is an amazing surgeon. I had a breast reduction on Oct 2, he gave me exactly what I asked for. The process was very easy & fast. They answered every question I had before and after surgery. No matter how many times I called or emailed. His entire staff was amazing from the time;I walked into the office. It was truly a pleasure working with them.

I got a breast reduction on Nov 6, 2018. I am sooooo happy with my results. My breast look really good after surgery, I can only imagine how their going to look once every thing heals. The staff are REALLY nice. I would recommend Dr Tijunelis 10x over....Thank you Doc!

Dr. Tijunelis and his staff were fantastic in dealing with my 15 year old daughter. She was interested in finding out if she could get a breast reduction, as her 40EE breasts were causing her major problems. At our consultation, he explained the procedure, detailed what she could expect in the way of results, and answered all our questions with both kindness and professionalism. After waiting 6 months, she went ahead with the surgery. 9 months post-surgery, she's very glad she had Dr. Tijunelis do the procedure and is very satisfied with the results. We highly recommend him to anyone who asks.

Dr. Tijunelis is a gifted surgeon and he has a very caring attitude towards his patients. His staff is equally outstanding and the care I received both pre and post op has been excellent. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Tijunelis.

I have so many glowing things to say about Dr Tijunelis (and staff)! I initially went in for Botox... and got the courage to discuss something that has bothered me all my life. I am 54 years old and have always hated my breasts. They were an embarrassment and I have always worn clothing several sizes larger to hide myself. The hardest part of this entire process was showing Dr. Tijunelis my breasts. They have been my hidden nightmare and I cant explain why, but he made me feel at ease enough to broach the subject and move forward with this process. I mustered the courage to ask Dr. Tijunelis about breast lift/reduction and implants (because I felt my breasts even when reduced would sag when lifted). He explained (and in the most calm, professional manner) that I would benefit from a fat transfer (from by stomach area) and that he was not comfortable using implants on me. I was hesitant. Hadnt heard of fat transfer before. I didn't want to end up with saggy breasts after… the lift, and feared without an implant that would be my result. Dr Tijunelis reiterated that the fat transfer was more natural and would yield the fuller look I desired. So I started my research. He even encouraged me to check with other Dr's to see what their recommendations were. Of course, I did. But no one was calm and professional in the manner that he was. On top of that, many other surgeons didn't offer fat transfer. Most did an augmentation in conjuction with the lift. After seeing their before and after photos, (not liking them) I was off to go back to Dr Tijunelis's office to view MANY of his before/after pictures. I made another appointment to go look at MANY pictures of his work (women having the same procedure as me). The office staff let me peruse through hundreds of photos, ask questions, and kept me at ease with their assurances of his skill. So, completely confident in his skill, the surgical appointment was made. Now, I write this review....I am not yet 4 days post op and from the moment I woke up, I knew it was going to be a natural, beautiful result. Dr. Tijunelis did an outstanding job! I am amazed that there is zero bruising from the fat transfer site (stomach area) and my face/breasts are surprising me with how good they look ALREADY. It sounds strange to say that any surgery was a good experience, but truth be told, this was a great experience. From the beginning, Dr. T had a calming affect on me. He is the only Dr. I've ever seen that I trusted completely. His staff is caring, and do their utmost educate you when you have questions. Dr. T has called me back during the evenings (many dr's wont do that) and answered questions I had prior to surgery. He called me the day after surgery to see how I was doing, and its a wonderful thing that he cares enough to check on his patients. Never in my life have I been able to walk around uncovered even in my own house. From day one, I felt the embarrassment fall away. I am pleasantly surprised that I have no drain tubes, no visible stitches, and have zero bruising on my belly. Of course my breasts are a little bruised, but they are exactly as I had hoped they'd be. Yes, they are still swollen, but the shape and contour is amazing. I can see that the work Dr. T did is exactly what I wanted. These are the breasts that match my body! After 54 years I will not be embarrassed anymore, and will not have to hide under XXL clothing with minimizer bras. I'm not the type to wear skimpy clothing but the thought of being able to put a bathing suit or summer shirt on in public has me smiling. I have to thank Dr. Tijunelis for that. Do you ever have those days when you ask yourself "how is it that I feel so young and look so old?" Yes, I asked that to myself all the time. The fat transfer on my face (under my eyes and a little in my lips) is already looking great. Very little swelling, ZERO bruising and although "work was done", no one will know. Its all very natural, my face will still move when I smile, and frown, unlike Botox. My sunken eyes are a thing of the past, and feeling like I belong in my own skin is the most wonderful feeling! I will update this review in a few more weeks as the healing continues, and I can guarantee that my recommendation of Dr. Tijunelis will grow stronger each day. I have been telling people about my surgery because I am elated that the results are already showing. Dr Tijunelis has a gift. Not only his demeanor, but his surgical skills. It makes me happy to know that a recommendation for him, may help someone else be as pleased as I am.

Dr. Tijunelis is truly an amazing surgeon. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he is also very kind, patient, and understanding. The office staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. I was so happy with the results of my surgery. I appreciated the frequent follow-up evaluations, and I was so grateful that I decided to go to Dr. Tijunelis instead of another plastic surgeon. He is the best!

Dr. Tijunelis and his staff are wonderful. They work with you, treat you with care and respect. Doctors work was outstanding. This is my second operation with him, and I would recommend him to everyone thinking or needing his services. I Thank You ALL for everything you have done for me.

I was dx with breast cancer in 2012. I was sent to a good hospital in Wisconsin for a double mastectomy and a plastic surgeon there put two expanders in. Within 2 months I ended up with MSSA in the right breast. Those doctors replaced the right expander three times with expanders staying infected. I was left with a left expander in for almost two years and nothing on the right. Those doctor's called me "the problem child" because I have stage three chronic Kidney disease and they knew this before the surgery. My "military husband" became so enraged over my treatment there, that with called my PCP Dr. Margoline, who is wonderful too, and he said don't worry I have a friend who will not treat you like a meat market. and that is the man above. Dr. T. He made me feel welcome and comforted me. The other doctors want to take from my stomach and other body fat to make my breasts, not Dr. T. He said I will do it right and you will have no problems. He replaced the right expander, and low and… behold NO INFECTION. He held my hand as they put me under and spoke with me to keep me comfortable. I am thankful that Dr. T is the doctor he is, caring and supporting and knows what he is doing. I have never felt more comfortable going into a doctor's office in my life. The staff and nurses are great, and in 3 weeks I will finally heal and feel like a woman again all because of this man. So if any of you ladies need or just want implants, this is the man to see. He cares for his patients, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even when I move, because of my husband's military service, I will fly back for yearly check ups. There is not another Doctor like him. I thank God I was sent to him.
