DR MAYS IS A SCAM ARTIST AND THE REST OF THE WHOLE STAFF AT ALL OF HIS LOCATIONS. HE IS DEALING IN FRAUD DO NOT GO THERE

i have been seen by Dr. Mays for more 2 years and every time I see him he takes the time to listen to my issues, answer my questions, provide helpful feedback, explains things and has a positive attitude. The wait time is worth the quality of care and attention he provides.

Constantly over booked with clients sitting on floor and through out waitung area. Have appt but be ready to be there 2-3 hrs past your appt time. Front desk help is worthless, incompitent and very disorganized. Cannot obtain any kind of infirmation regarding your case without Drs consent or paper work is not available to patients upon requuest. Does not like to be questioned about your treatment and why he has nit requested it for you....quick way of him discharging you from treatment if questioned. Very convincing at first and make you think he really cares when in fact all he is concerned about is the number of patients and the money. Sad to say but true. If you have another option for a different Dr. Take it before your months into his treatment and realize it was a waste of time and have to start all over again. Good luck!

He really listens to you and explains things in a way that I understand,he does not try to rush the appointment because I know he is very motivated to understand what is causing the problem

I am very unhappy with this practice. I was seen in the Pine street office which was very dirty. The office phone lines went down for weeks I had to track Dr. Mays down to see him at another location. Now they have moved without notification. I called to re-schedule my appointment and got a recording stating that the office was in the process of moving. The message instructed you to send an email, which I did. I have not received a reply nor any correspondence to this day from either the doctor or his office. As a former medical office manager, I find this whole matter to be Highly Un-professional.

He is amazing so compassionate,spoke to me on my level and helped me understand what was what was happening to my hand.I tell everyone what a great experience I had there,office staff great too!

Great communicating Doctor Who cares about his patients take the time to talk to them and makes pictures and diagrams so that the patient understands what's going on and why it's happening. Can't say enough about this doctor so wonderful.

GREAT DOCTOR DOES NOT GIVES UP WHEN YOURE HURT.BAD INSURANCE, COMMUNICATE WITH YOU ALOT.DR. MAYS DONT LET INSURANCE GET AWAY WITH IT.

I made an appt with Dr Mays after a recommendation by a RN nurse family friend and I was happy I did. I like him and I value his prof advise. I will visit him again. I have been to doctors in Bev Hills and Cedar Sinai who charged me so much for the visits. I waited in waiting rooms of various doctors for around 4 hours..... so I can tell you this much....all doctors are pretty much the same and yes, in frustration, you can say they are all a bunch of quacks. There are few who truly care. Dr. Mays is the same as all the other 10 doctors I visited-he's ok. His staff is very inefficient though. They don't answer the phone.
