Very happy I found Dr Bruno to address my menopause symptoms. My previous doctor did not even run tests so I have no baseline to compare. She was very kind and listened to me intently. Very happy

I switched to Dr. Figueroa after having to wait over a month to see my, then, current OB to fit me in, when I had expressed I had an obvious mass that needed to be examined. Upon my very first examination with Dr. Figueroa, she had my case assessed by a specialist and had a total (and much needed) hysterectomy with in two weeks. Her handling of my case was flawless and expedited given the emergent situation at hand. As was all of my follow up appointments, which were always addressed with a top notch professional bedside manner and full attention to my well being. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Retraumatizing. No bedside manner. She rushed me through the pelvic exam and penetrated me without warning, triggering a flashback. When the nurse or tech caught me crying after, she brought Dr. Figueroa back in, who already acted annoyed by this, and then became extremely defensive, denying everything, cancelling our future appointment, and refusing to administer the birth control I came in for. I was also suspicious that she prescribed antibiotics for suspected BV without any discussion. I said I don't want unnecessary antibiotics for something that typically goes away on its own, and causes no pain or real medical risk, given that antibiotics would likely cause a painful yeast infection. She acted annoyed and said (as she was walking out) that it wouldn't go away without antibiotics, a lie dispelled by the new doctor I was assigned to. I was never afraid of doctors or gynecologists before this, but now they terrify me. I'd recommend trauma victims or nervous people stay far away.

I said I'm not going to take unnecessary antibiotics for something that causes no pain or real medical risk that normally goes away on its own, given that a yeast infection would likely be caused and actually give me pain. If she spent 15 minutes with me that's saying too long. Did not explain how to take the medication. Practically she didn't care about my issue. I don't recommend her.

Everything started off great, and I was excited that I had finally found a great Doctor!!!! Needless to say, things shifted quickly. Her ultrasound tech told me one thing and she said it was false! Ultimately, another doctor confirmed what I saw on the ultrasound to be true and Dr. Fig was a lie!!! Her tech actually told me the truth... I do not know what I did to deserve this type of treatment. Considering I have dealt with several doctors who gave me the runaround, only for her to do the same thing. Unacceptable, and I do not recommend her to anyone else.
