Dr. Arielle Ochoa Fenig, MD

I've been DR. Fenig's patient for about 10 years and would never go to any other Pain Management Specialist, especially because I have severe Lumbar Spine Pain, which Dr. Fenig treats in the best ways possible. IN addition, she has a very organized, well-run practice--is always on time--and is very devoted to the care of elderly patients like myself ( which is not always the case with other physicians I've gone to).

Dr. Fenig is really good at what she does. I been a patient for the last 8 or 9 years. I first started seeing her in Brooklyn Hospital & from the beginning, I knew she was the doctor for me. When she moved to Mt. Sinai Medical center & I found out where she was, I followed her there. I received a letter stating she was no longer gonna be there, my heart broke. I didn't know what I was going to do...I'm glad I only take my medicine when i am in extreme pain. I had to find another pain management doctor & lord & behold, I went into my insurance company website looking for a specialist...Guess who I found, Dr. Fenig in a new location...I followed her to the new establishment...She is my pain management doctor once again...She can't get away from me...Dr. Areille Fenig, you are the BEST...

This doctor seem disengaged and seem as if she could've been doing anything else than seeing patients. She claim my condition was nothing because I guess my symptoms during the visit didn't match up to what she knows about my condition. I explained to her that I was off of work for a few days so my pain level is going to be fairly low compared to if I was working. I would never see her again, she just seem interested in wanting to give a pain shot.

While I found Dr. Fenig a but brusque at first, I soon grew to trust her implicitly. When I had a procedure she was gentle and reassuring and made what would have been an unpleasant experience OK. Afterwards, she took a lot of time with me, called me several times at home and even came in on a holiday when she was not scheduled to work to see me. I couldn't be more impressed. She is amazing.

Dr.Fenig is a awesome doctor... I suffer from a herniated disc in my neck & back with arthritis...Since i started seeing her & the treatments i receive, the pain & spams are subsiding...She takes her time out & give you knowledge of your condition & the treatments that are recommended... At one point in life, i was in pain at least 5 days a week. I can truly say, i now have pain free days, which is a plus for me & where i came from. I use to just have bad days, now i have some good days...Kudos to you Dr.Fenig...
