I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY DR LALIOTIS FOR OVER 6 YEARS AND WOULD NEVER CONSIDER GOING TO ANYONE ELSE. I HAVE EVEN CHANGED HEALTH COVERAGE TO MAINTAIN ACCESS TO HIM. VERY DOWN TO EARTH, RESPECTS HIS PATIENTS AND ACTUALLY LISTENS AND WORKS WITH PATIENTS TO FIND THE BEST RESULT. ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY 60 YEARS OF SEEING DOCTORS.

Made appointment over the phone with receptionist. Told receptionist that I was a new client and she took down insurance information and made appointment for me for today with Dr. Laliotis' Nurse practitioner. When I got to the appointment I learned i would not be able to see the nurse practitioner secondary to me not confirming with my Sharp insurance that I could use this doctors office. They knew I was a new client and did not alert me when I made appointment that I needed to do this. I am especially upset secondary to taking a day off of work for this appointment. The appointment was because I haven't been sleeping well and would like help with that. They asked is I wanted to reschedule in 12 day after changing doctors. That is too long for me to wait and I would never go back after this service. The practitioners here may do excellent work but I will never find out due to there inept staff.
