I love Dr. Richards office. She is very busy and still takes her time. and her office staff can't be nicer. It's hard to find a doctor and an office as welcoming as hers !

Over all i would say that Dr. Richards and Her PA Nikki are excellent I wouldn't have a problem seeing either of them. As a woman i never liked to see Female Doctors but these women have changed my mind. They are very patient with you and are good listeners. I have also noticed that other of their patients have walked in and made demands to be seen and they are really accommodating. Over i would highly recommend this office KEEPING in mind you will have a bite of a wait but its worth it when you know that they will also take their time on you.

SEVERAL TIMES IVE BEEN TO THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND HAVE NEVER MEET HER, EVERYTHING I MAKE MY APPOINTMENT ITS ALWAYS LAST MIN SHE IS NOT COMING IN. I HAVE MEET HER P.A. BILL, HE IS WONDERFUL AND DR. BASS, HE IS GOOD, BUT DR. RICHARDS IS A SOMETIMES DOCTOR. SHE COMES INTO THE OFFICE SOMETIMES WHEN SHE FEELS, LATE WHEN SHE DOES COMES IN, ALWAYS RUSHING TO ANOTHER EXAM ROOM, RUDE WHEN SHE HAS A PHONE CALL. EVEN RUD TO HER STAFFS. NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS DOCTOR'S STAFF, THEY ARE GREAT I AM EVEN SURPRISED THEY ARE EVEN STILL THERE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR NOT EVEN TO A BLIND DOG. AND COME TO FIND OUT SHE DOES NOT WORK AT NO HOSPITALS, JUST IN HER OFFICE WHEN EVER SHE FEELS SHE WANTS TO WORK.
