Condescending and uninterested. Had my medical file available and said she had no way to confirm the diagnosis I've had for 6+ years was real.

She forces things on you without considering how uncomfortable you feel, and judges you when you decline it. She has no compassion and speaks in a very demeaning manner. She seems to be very unhappy in life and is taking it out on her patients. For a doctor whose patients trust her with their medical and related personal issues, she really fails to deserve that trust. I wish I didn't randomly choose her as my gynecologist when my company switched our insurance to Kaiser. Should have done my research and checked this website. I'll never go see her again.

Dr. Arlene Cosca, has changed my life for the better. I was living with for 3 years with fibroids and not one of my OBGYN professionals mentioned this might be why I was severely anemic, bleeding 20days a month and having all sorts of issues. Luckily after a trip to the Kaiser ER, I was put into contact with Dr Cosca and it was very clear to her that I was dealing with Fibroids and needed to have a hysterectomy asap. I was nervous as it was my first surgery , but everything went so smoothly and the recovery has been so easy. I am just so thankful and have a new look on life thanks to her knowledge and skills. Thank you so much!!!!

I am no longer in Dr. Cosca's service area so I've had to find another OBGYN, and no one compares to my experience with her before and while i was pregnant.

I went to see Dr. Cosca to get my IUD removed and a new one put in. This was my first time seeing her and she didn't even take the time to introduce herself or ask me any questions. After my IUD was put in she gave me a maxi pad and just left the room without a word. I was left there confused and not sure if this was the end of the visit. I awkwardly left the room and felt horrible. I felt sweaty, dizzy and had blurred vision and could barely walk out on my own. I made it to the ground floor and had to call a friend to pick me up from Kaiser. The WORST experience of my life. I will never choose to see her again. She made me feel less than and like I wasn't worthy of quality care.

I do not have enough words to thank this brilliant doctor for literally saving my life. Her surgical skills are unprecedented and simply stellar. Her technique when dealing with hysterectomies without a doubt will be practiced by many some day. Consider yourself lucky if you ever have the option to have her at the helm of the ship should you have to ever go under the knife. I will never be able to thank her enough.

It is an uncomfortable experience. I don't feel she is nice to me.

She has little empathy for her patients. She is a very judgmental person.

I have had 5 colonoscopies over the last 5 years. The one with this doctor was like night and day to my other experiences. Very painful and slow recovery process with her. Also conflicting and inaccurate information regarding long-term treatment options for my issue.

Very rude, did not listen to my concerns, kept pushing me to have a hysterectomy after told her many times I don't want that. Does not do laparoscopic surgery and does not just take out fibroids, just wants to open me up and gut out my uterus with a big cut. Disappointing.
