Dr. Arline Mariko Tsuchiya, MD

We saw her only twice but it was AWESOME visits. When we were in her office, we were so impressed with her nurse (phi...). She greeted us with her smiling face and stooped down to introduce herself to my 4 year old daughter. She told us step by step what she was going to do....when we were in the exam room, we saw a big welcome sign for my daughter on the exam table with tri-color marker. Before she left the room, she asked if we needed anything else, informed us when to expect Dr. Tsuchiya coming, and told us she would come back if it changed. When Dr. Tsuchiya was in the room, she actually listened to us (not just hearing) and was taking her time to exam my daughter skin from head to toes. She explained everything clearly step by step how to moisturizer my daughter's skin. Yes, it sounded simple enough but we have been battling with her 'atopic dermatitis" for years. With her simple trick that she show us during our visit, my daughter's skin has much improvement. We recently went… there for a follow up few weeks ago and her nurse (phi...) was not there. We were told she transferred. Her staff is not the same.

Staff was very rude.
