Dr. Armand Tigbao Masongsong, MD

We miss Dr. Masongsong in Michigan he saved my daughter's life.. he's the only one that paid attention to her Health needs 25 years later we are still forever thankful for you.

Dr. Armand Masongsong - hats off because he really is a knowledgeable doctor. However, his nurses, medical assistants, and receptionists suck big time. These people will bring him down. They give wrong prescription dosages when they call the prescriptions to the pharmacy; they blame everything they are not doing right to the doctor saying they were not told to do that; they ask me, the patient, what my last prescription was when they have the chart with them! They are also rude on the phone and try soooo much NOT to be helpful. They hang up the phone on you when they think they had been cornered as not doing their job. And apologies is not part of their vocabulary. I am not sure why the doctor is keeping them employed!

I find this dr very knowledgable and listens and doesn't dismiss any concern

I find Dr. Masongsong to be terrible about following up, letting you know test results, getting back to you to answer questions.
