Dr. Armando A Fernandez, MD

I have been trying to make an appointment since beginning of year with Dr. Fernandez. My appointment was cancelled by the office and was never able to reschedule. No one called, only left a recording to say my appointment was cancelled. I've been calling for two weeks now and nobody picks-up the phone. It's incredibly frustrating to see poor customer service in the medical field staff. Phone line is always busy or nobody picks-up.

Dr Fernandez is a great person you can feel a family way to deal with patients but it is practically impossible to contact the office and when you are lucky some of the staff sounds with rudeness very bad

HORRIBLE DOCTOR! I am not even sure if he could be called a Dr. He told my mom that EVERYONE after the age of 40 develops arthritis and then went ahead to say that she was the one that had said that has arthritis. Who is the Doctor? My mom or him? He has been of no help .. and his stuff would make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Everyone in that office is horrible except for the girl that does the referrels. PLEASE SAFE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND LOOK FOR A DOCTOR THAT IS THERE TO HELP YOU!

All the prior comments regarding Dr. Fernandez and his staff are right on target! Just be prepared to wait, it is really no big deal when your waiting for a doctor of this quality! Bring a book or smartphone to occupy the time. He is a top notch physician who truly cares about his patients! Highly recommend without hesitation.

It is truly a blessing to have someone who not only knows our name and conditions, but who genuinely cares about us and how we are doing. He has been the family doctor for the past 21 years, and he is consistently on target with his diagnoses, as well as thoughtful and gracious in his manner. His staff are always helpful, friendly, and very competent, as well. Thank you for being there for us whenever we need you.

Dr Fernandez is from the old school. The worst thing about being a patient is the waiting time; HOWEVER, once it's your turn you understand because he takes his time and provides exemplary professional service. He pulls up his chair and looks you in directly in the eye and he GENUINELY cares about your well being. He is THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! And his network of doctors that he refers you to are just as good. I love Dr Fernandez.

This is an amazing doctor. I have had him since I moved from Conn. 13 years ago. I drive 20 min from were Ilive just to see him. Great Dr.
