The wait time wasn’t long. However when it came to see my doctor he was nice and funny. I told him about concerns I had in regard to a few lumps and he was telling me to google the information to learn about it but recommended it probably wasn’t anything serious. His staff in the beginning was given my insurance card. When it came to leaving the staff had poor communication and though I was self pay and tried to keep me at the office longer to pay but I had to inform them I have insurance and the card was given at the beginning. The assistant when I kept talking to her before the doctor arrived assumed I was self pay and didn’t have insurance but I do. Also the assistant was unprofessional, when she was asking if I smoked or drink, and informing her I don’t, she made a rude comment saying wow you’re boring. I don’t understand how she found the courage to be rude towards patient and get away with it. Overall the staff isn’t good at communication and rude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Serebrakian for over 20 years. The service is fabulous. He is an artist and keeps me looking 20 years younger. Edna does my laser work and botox and she is very experienced and professional.

I have been going to BALS for at least five years for botox and filler. Edna does an excellent job and everyone at BALS is absolutely lovely. I would highly recommend BALS for cosmetic medical procedures. They are highly skilled and very accommodating MC

I highly recommend Dr. Serebrakian. I had a HUGE hole on the bridge/side of my nose (about the size of a nickle) from skin cancer removal and he was able to fix it perfectly.
