Dr. Arnold J Blank, MD

I dealt with Dr. Blank on the phone as I also work at a medical office. He called regarding a patient and said "He's your guy right?" Excuse me? I would never refer to a Patient as somebody's "guy" that's very unprofessional and downright rude. Needs some manners. I agree with the inflated ego as well. He won't stop talking to listen for an answer. He is extremely insensitive and rude, hope he never calls again

Arnie doesnt like a patient to air opinions about past experiences with other doctors. First and only visit was a terrible fail. The idea that a patient speaks up and. does not think of doctors as Gods is unbearable to him This man was actually so frustrated that he kept grabbing his head as he furiously looked for something on his pc with me during the visit.He was convinced I had made no attempt at finding a medical supply co that works w my ins. When in fact I called every supply co i could find from north MA straight down to the Cape.He makes no bones about not being there to appease you, listen to you, believe you or give any concern about your health. This man needs an entire shopping cart to push around his inflated ego. Unless you the patient are a doctor too he assumes your a moron and have no right to question anyone who does hold a degree. At this point he has been doctoring HIS way and this review isnt going to make or break his buisness. I doubt he is even able to use it… as constructive criticism.

I was given Dr Blank because Dr. Luis Henkel. Henkel was a long time provider of mine but left Beth Israel. I was, and am pleasantly surprised with his care. He is very sharp and helpful to my needs.He also has a great sense of humor. I will see you soon! What I cannot figure out is why he has only a 2.5/5 rating? Both he and Dr. Henkel were and are tremendous with regards to my needs...and I have many!!!
