Dr. Arnold Jay Goldman, MD

We’ve seen Dr. Goldman since we moved here. He is the best. One time my son at 3 was having his first asthma episode. Dr. G got in his car to follow us the the near by pulmonologist to make sure we got there safely, as we were new to the area. Another time when my son had to be hospitalized for a strange virus, he had a specialist at LIJ as soon as we got there. Dr. G is absolutely the best! Hands down, the best!!!

Dr. Goldman is the best. His patients follow him and never leave...he now has as many or more patients in NYC than in the Roslyn area. His patients love him and continue to see him through their adolescent, college, 20s and until they are married / having children. Dr. Goldman is caring, attentive and very responsive to all his patients. He has years of experience and truly cares about all of his patients. If you are looking for a pediatrician in the Roslyn, NY area, I highly highly recommend Dr. Goldman!

He, too, has gotten our family through thick and thin. He'll wait in the office for you, even if it's after hours. He'll come in just to see your child. He truly cares and will do anything for your child. He can't sleep at night if he's concerned about your child's health. Where do you find this kind of compassion these days? And he's extremely knowledgeable! My problem is that my 22 year old only wants to see him! And I don't blame her. I wish he could be my doc too! He's a rare find!

Truly experienced old-fashion doc with up-to-date knowledge. Solo-practice: so he see the kids himself, so he knows all the kids and their issues well even without a chart. As a physician mother, I trust his diagnostic accuracy 100%. Efficient with paperwork. When we call, he's often the one answering the phone in the afternoons --- (none of this...leaving a message for another doctor who doesn't know you kid return your call the next day!!) It's not a glitzy assembly-line office.We've been lucky to have had him for over 10 years. He's gotten us through thick and thin!He has a wealth of clinical experience, good bedside manner, and up-to-date medical knowledge.They don't make such doctors any more!!!

I used dr. goldman many years ago as a child and my memories of him indicate that at best he was a highly insensitive prig....and at worst he was a pervert who completed violated appropriate boundaries.
