He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Franklin and Marshall College, received his MD from St. Louis University School of Medicine, and completed his residency training at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He is Board Certified by The American Board of Pediatrics, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has served as Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at Greenwich Hospital from 1997 to the present. He enjoys biking, his dogs and spending time at the shore.
