Dr. Arnold William Levine, MD

Dr. Arnold Levine is a vascular surgeon who has dedicated nearly five decades to treating disorders of the blood vessels and circulation system. He earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. With 48 years of experience in vascular surgery, Dr. Levine has developed extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating complex circulatory conditions.

Dr. Levine practices at Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center and sees patients at the Wilma Chan Highland Hospital Campus in Oakland, California. His clinical focus includes treating varicose veins, peripheral artery disease, and advanced chronic kidney disease. He performs specialized diagnostic procedures such as foot and ankle ultrasound and musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging to evaluate blood flow and detect vascular problems throughout the body.
