Dr Wilson replaced both my hips and gave me my life back!!!

The staff are very friendly except with one of his staff members. Her name is Elizabeth and she is very rude and nasty to the pateints on the phone. She puts people on hold for more than 5 mintues on the phone and does not back to let you know what's taking so long. She is not friendly or courteous on the phone. When you call back and ask why she left you on hold for so long; her response is I was busy. She is very unprofessional and rude. If she is miserable and unhappy doing her work then she should go somewhere else to work. The jails could use her to work the that attitude. The other ladies Fanny, Debbie, Dennis, Diane & etc. are so friendley and courteous to the patients in person and on the phone. When you go to schedule an appointment with her she has a mean and miserable face. She does not try to be helpful in any way to the patients in person or on the phone. Dr. Wilson should pay more attention to this staff member of his.

Had a knee replacement 3 weeks ago, my knee is wonderful, still getting physical therapy but can do almost everything I did before the surgery, only problem is I developed a pulmonary embolsium and having trouble gettin blood level regulated, Hospital for joint diseases was great actually saved my life.
