Dr. Alignay is courteous, compassionate, concerned, knowledgeable of all types of illnesses and can give an accurate diagnosis just by listening. Her personality and bedside manners are exceptional. It's difficult to find a physician who genuinely listens and knows his/her patients y name. It makes a difference with a personal connection.

My mom was there tryn to explain to this Doctor that her knees were gone. told doc about what xrays showed and tried to get her to send my mom to a orthopedic. however the doc sent my mom to therapy. when she actually needed surgery. I got tired of trying to get her to give my mom a referral to see a orthopedic so i found another Doctor, and he immediatly got my mom a up to date xray on her knees and surgery took place after her heart was checked. Everything went as it should with the new Doctor. Dr. Alignay acted as though she did not want to do anything about my moms knees, they were hurting her so bad. So im glad i moved my mother to a Doctor that actually gets things done.

Dr. Alignay schedules true appointments. Her office doesn't overbook and she makes schedules so she has enough time for each patient. She and her staff are truly caring people with a wonderful bedside manner. I don't ever remember having to wait more than 5-10 minutes past my appointment time.

At first I had my doubts. However she did take good care of me and I feel she did her job well.

This doctor was nice but it was hard for me and my husband to communicate with her. We didnt understand her. We saw her twice for the same issues, and we still left the office unresolved. She only in our area once a week. She does not have a lot of patients and we understand why! We are now looking for an English speeking doctor.
