Dr. Arthur W Browning, MD

Finally getting around to this review. I was seeing Dr. Browning when I first moved to Jacksonville, FL He was my PCP for about 3.5 year. He a very nice person but don't upset him. He has very little patience and like a lot of older doctors think they know it all. The whole explosion happens when I told him I noticed my resting heart rate was high . I was concerned and asked him for medication for it he refused and said it's not a big deal. That's when I got upset we argued and he raise his voice to a high level and was very unprofessional professional. He actually told me to leave! While I was leaving he tried to talk to me and I just stormed out of there, fast forward the last 5 1/2 years or so I've been seeing Dr. Moore ever since at St. Vincents. He told me I should be on medication for it said he was absolutely incorrectand. Dr. Browning really should of retired by now. He was 68 at the time. He's your typical Jekyll and Hyde. Very very nice but if you rub him the wrong way he… will talk down to you and raise his voice. No one deserves that. when you trying to talk to me I knew he realized he was wrong but it was too late . I was better off because Dr. Moore is much better and more knowledgeable. Oh Melissa who gave Regina the bad review is spot on. She was like that from day one but not enough for me to change doctors because I actually did like Doctor Browning in the beginning but she is awful she does break Hippa laws for sure. One nasty individual. She pretty much Tells people she does not want to be there and deal with anyone but just doesn't actually say it you could just tell with the way she speaks to people. And she is something else to actually think that she can look down on anyone. Doctor Browning knows the way she is and puts up with it and lets it happen so you have to look at it that way too. He's guilty of letting her behave this way for many years. if I was there for 3 1/2 years and there are recent reviews, then she has been like this for a long time and he allows it. Unreal.

Dr. B has been my Dr. over 30 years don't think I would be here without him knowledge and compassion un-matched

Have been with Dr. Browning 35+ years and have never considered any other physician. He listens to what you say instead of deciding what he thinks is wrong with you. He never rushes you even though his office is busy. Staff changes create issues but Dr. Browning will immediately fix any staff issue. Compassionate when need be and stern when he needs to be. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Dr. Browning listens carefully, asks and answers questions thoroughly, is very professional, spent ample time with me. He is an excellent doctor in whom I have full confidence.

Great doctor. Even recommended my sons use him.

Arrogant. Misdiagnosed my herniated disc.

Dr. Browning is one of the best Doctors I have gone too thanks to his advice and I following it, I have been feeling so much better he really cares about my health and wellbeing.

Phony and fake azzwipe. His staff sucks, the most unfriendly bunch of nasties ever assembled into one office. They dont have a clue as to what professionalism or compassion is all about. The only thing he has is book knowledge. He over charges by three hundred percent. The only thing he is concerned about is his next golf game or what gambling venture he can put his money on. The face he shows the world is the best acting ever done, never won an Emmy or grammy but puts most other actors to shame. A doctor that is afraid of the people he has staffed there. Patients never come first and not one employee ever returns a phone call, even if you are on your death bed. He thinks he is so superior, he makes a head nun look like Lolita. All of them is such a sorry excuse.
