A stunningly unreliable doctor. His office canceled 3 consecutive appointments, including not calling me to let me know about the third cancelation. I showed up and they told me they would squeeze me in about an hour after my scheduled appointment. An hour and 45 minutes later I decided to leave Dr. Falk's office without having seen him. If the staff is operating this poorly, it does not give me confidence that the Doctor will be looking after my health either. Wish I could give zero stars. This place is a joke.

Wasted many months hoping he would help me-- he didn't. Had to start over with a new doctor -- very disappointing.

I had never heard of Dr Falk prior to my surgery. He came highly recommended. Dr Falk was calming, a great listener, knowledgeable, gentle, and made us laugh. The scar is subtle. The office staff were friendly and helpful as well. Great experience! Thank you!!!

My mother and I been seeing Dr Falk for 6 years. He is a very talented ENT as well as a plaStic surgeon. He truly cares about his patients, its clear from the first appointment.

Dr Faulk saved my daughters life when she was one week old with a jaw distraction. She has had 6 subsequent surgeries with him. He does unbelievable work.
