Very nasty manor

Dr. Levenson is a wonderful, caring and extremely intelligent man. My twin girls both had holes in their ears and Dr. Levenson reconstructed one twins eardrums and tymaplasty in their ears. I also want to say how wonderful his staff is especially Dan and Drew always remembering little things about the girls etc. Thank you so much.

I arrived with a cholesteatoma in 2013. after much research i had Dr L do the removal of the cholesteatoma and reconstruction of my eardrum and hearing bone replacment, (PORP) partial ossicular replacement. recurrence is a large concern when picking a surgeon for this. Dr L uses a laser tuned to destroy any errant missing cells that if missed will require a second surgery. it's OCT 2018 and my hearing is as good as it can be. Dr. Levenson is the surgeon for your ears or your kids ears. you won't find many others as careful, straight forward and willing to take the time it does to explain and follow up on his work. Highly recommended if you are in the unfortunate position to need his skills, but you'll be in the best hands possible if you are.

Very compassionate and knowledgeable Doctor Who went out of his way To meet my need for treatment as I had a severe case of Ménière's disease. The doctor came in early to make sure I could get the necessary treatment as I was in severe distress. I was unable to work or drive. I have since recovered and I'm very thankful for the Dr services.

Doctor mark levenson was great to me he perform both my surgery's on both my ear's he gave me back my hearing, such a gift all the doctors I spoke told me that I would not get my hearing back that I would have to continue to wear hearing aids, which defets the purpose of the surgery. I travel from Rochester, NH to Saratoga springs, NY for both my surgery's so well worth. I'm trying to get my sister to bring my nephew to see him from MD. he's my hero!!!!

After years of competent treatment by Dr.Levenson, he recommended the BAHA. I was apprehensive at first. Was the best thing I could have done for myself. I now hear naturally and no one even notices it. I have no discomfort from it either. The procedure was painless and recovery quick. Overall,much more than I expected.

I went to Dr. L in 2012 after being told by another local ENT that I did NOT have a sinus problem, despite 50 years of misery and misdiagnosis, made worse by massive short-term doses of antibiotics . The result was extensive absences from work and inability to function as a an employee, parent and spouse. The surgery was extensive and spectactularly successful, as he took the time to discover that I had multiple polyp-blocked sinuses and a deviated septum. Gave me a new life! He described and showed me the problems, how he would correct them [ "less is more" is his mantra], and probable results. Results are everything he suggested were possible and more. Recovery and followups were trouble-free. He is simply outstanding!! I am a believer.

Dr. Levenson really listened to me, something that was lacking in other ENTs in the past. I have had ear issues my entire life (now 44), and he took the time to really find the root of my health issues. He performed a very difficult surgery and the outcome was above my expectations!!! I now have restored hearing without a hearing aid and can now enjoying swimming again! Also, his staff are excellent!! They are very caring, understanding, and try to accommodate you the best they can. Great experience overall and would recommend Dr. Levenson with no hesitation!

Went to Dr. Stevenson after getting a slang burn at work burned a hole equal to 75% of my ear drum. Mark was confident he could reconstruct the ear drum through surgery, when the odds were that only 75% of the time the surgery with a burn was successful because of blood flow problems. Needless to say my surgery was totally successful hearing returned to near normal. One of a few doctors that will do a workmanship comp case.

This is the worst offive ,I have ever went to. Staff rude. Doctor was in a hurry. Didn't explain anything.
