Dr. Karen Lizhong Tan, MD

Dr. Tan gives you the care you need. She appears all business at first, but is really truly caring and will pause to explain anything you need explained. Just ask the questions. She's a great surgeon. I had two surgeries with her to clear up tonsillitis and chronic sinusitis. My son also had surgery with her. Very pleased.

I was in the office today to have a nasal packing removed. The entire staff was very caring and helpful. Dr. Tan was quick,precise, and thorough. This was one of the best experiences I have had in a medical office ever.

Went to Dr tan for allergies and ended up not get anything for allergies but had sinus surgery And tubes in ears witch I didn't need. Have had an infection for over a month sense surgery and Dr could care less.. going to different Dr now worst experience of my life

I took my Mom who is 96 to Dr. Tan's. They were absolutely wonderful with her. It took 4 visits to get out all the impacted wax. She saw the Physician's assistant(sorry I can't remember her name) She was kind and patient with Mom and did everything as not to cause any pain. A wonderful office and staff.

Audio test conducted with tech answering his telephone, door open with patients walking past, conversations taking place. I overheard, during the testing, 2 patients given the exact same information about their diagnosis. Hearing test? I think not!

Dr. Tan was excellent. I was very happy with her and she did a wonderful job with my surgery. The receptionist who is always in the pink scrubs is rude and made me feel uncomfortable on every visit. She has made rude comments, is curt, unfriendly and makes me not want to go to the office. If I did not like Dr tan so much this would make me find a new ENT.

Dr. Tan has seen me through my allergies, and has persued my GERD. My gastr doc agrees. Dr. Tan always takes time for me and her staff are very friendly. Others I know have been very impressed with her, especially after another doc messed up sinus surgery. Dr Tan was the only dr who would help the patient.

Go to another ear nose and throat doctor if you would like to be able to hear after she puts tubes in that you do not need in the first place.
