Dr. Arthur Isaac Lester, MD

I went to this doctor's office bcuz mucus is always clogging my left nostril causing it to bleed bcuz of my excessive nose blowing. but when dr Lester called me into his office, he immediately said, your problem is your weight, that's why you can't breathe, but when i tried to explain my mucus issues, he would cut me off to talk more about weight loss surgery, and the origin of my last name, i felt insulted bcuz i didn't go to an E.N.T specialist to talk about my weight, i needed to talk about my nose, which he never examined, this doctor is horrible, i waited almost 2 months for this vist.and he wouldn't even listen to my symptoms, DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR, ITS A WASTED VIST

This doctor was absolutely ridiculous. I went into the doctor because of the fullness I was feeling in my ears which was causing me pain and dizziness. He went on to look in my ears and comment that I have "cute eardrums" and just sent me for blood work, after talking to me for 10 minutes about the origin of my name. A day later I went to my primary doctor and he asked if my ears were bothering me, because I have FLUID behind my eardrums. How can an ENT NOT see that? Avoiding this doctor will be the best decision you make. He is completely AWFUL!!! !

Doesn't take time to listen to patient complaints. Said inappropriate things to my spouse. Office dirty. Staff rude.

I went to visit this doctor because I had an ear infection which caused me pain and discomfort. I've been waiting almost two hours in the waiting room. Finally I got to see doctor Lester. He started talking to me in a very inappropriate manner, as if he knew me for years, very disrespectful! He tried to put down my husband who was there with me (thank God that he was there!) Then, instead of examining my ears, he said "Show me your elbows" and started looking at my both elbows, which made me feel more uncomfortable. Then, for some reason, he decided to listen to my heart. Even I know, without being a doctor, that heart and elbow have nothing to do with the ears! Finally this guy resolved that my ears itch because I dye my hair, and commented that there is nothing wrong with trying to look good for my husband. What a rudeness and unprofessional behavior!! What I do with my appearance is none of his business, I came to a doctor, not to counselor for my personal life or my marriage! And I… know that the reason of disease is INFECTION!! I've dyed my hair for over 20 years, and it never happened before! Then he prescribed me some oil which did not help. Now my ears are in worse condition than before. This doctor is a QUACK!! Avoid him totally!!

honestly, the receptionist in the front was the nicest in the office but other staff very rude and unprofessional. Took my daughter there and while I was waiting one of the nurses came to the room and asked if my daughter can stop swinging her leg. Omg I couldn't believe it I guess she was miserable. They were quick to say surgery and when I called to tell them I was taking Herr for a second opinion because she was going through other procedures and wanted to get a clearance with other md they were nasty!!! Didn't even ask what other procedures she was going through. Take your child else where!!!!

I went to Dr. Lester with an ear infection which was starting to give me headaches. I didn't wait too long in the waiting room and the staff was what you'd expect at a doctor office...they hand you papers to fill out and ask about your insurance info.He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very knowledgaeble and friendly.
