Best Dr. around! He is my go to and also delivered my last born child in 2018! Any concerns and needs i had he met them 1000% definitely highly recommend.

Unprofessional and rude

He saw me through a twin pregnancy then a singleton pregnancy. Always very informative. His experience with breech birth was crucial in me avoiding a c-section with the twin pregnancy. He has accommodating hours and a wonderful staff. I think his bedside manner is great, he has always been kind and honest.

Totally impersonal and rude. Will straight up like to your questions and requests if it inconveniences him in anyway. And if you are expecting to deliver a baby, expect to have an episiotomy. I had NO EPISIOTOMY in my birth plan, yet, he performed one anyway. My tear was far worse than it would have been naturally and it's taken me months and months to heal.

If i had more options this late in the game, no he would absolutely not be my pick. Bedside manner is awful. Can't click with him at all. He's just ok.

i am a high-risk twin pregnancy with other complications. dr. signorella dismisses my concerns quickly and makes them seem trivial. on multiple occassions, his first response to my worries (including severe, timeable abdominal pain) has been "well, there is nothing i could do anyway). he did not even offer to have me come get checked. i was extremely disappointed in his bedside manner, especially after reading so many positive reviews.

Best doctor in Pittsburgh. He gave birth to my elder one.

I think he is a great OBGYN, I would recommend him to any woman whom is pregnant to care for you. Hes honest , open and doesnt leave anything out . If there is a concern he will be forward to solve any questions or issues you may have . His office staff is AWESOME !
