I wouldn’t Recommend him Or any of his offices

they shut down the offices and took clients money

i had an extensive procedure and none has call they completely shut down their offices, they have no email, cant leave a message, those of us who pay..then what do we do..a lawsuit?

***DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND CUSTOMER CARE *** I'be been going to this office for years used to love it. I spent thousands of dollars on implant procedures with them. But things went very sour recently. Long story short, my dental implant that was installed at this office failed (the crown cracked and fell off) after 5 years . I called the office and asked for help. They told me that they would charge me $150 just to have a look at the failed implant and give a price on repair. I have to mention that the implant in question was problematic from the beginning. The crown fell off my mouth several times just a few months after it was installed and then cracked a fell apart after just 5 years. By chance, this morning I saw a post by dr Garg on my FB feed praising their services. I wrote a comment about my experience. His response was along the lines “ you have not spent any money with us for 5 years, so what do you want”. This statement is 100% false, as I… made a mistake of coming back to this office numerous times after the first implant was installed, with additional implant work done and thousands of dollars spent. Instead of looking into my situation and trying to help, dr Garg promptly removed my comments from the FB page and completely ignored my feedback. I no longer recommend this office to anybody , they just don’t give a f**k about their patients and quality of work.

I waited 40 min to see Dr.Very arrogant, not helpful, unkind and disrespectful. They do not honor Coupons that they offer.Very arrogant, not helpful, unkind and disrespectful. He didn't talk about treatment but how much money I have. God bless him.

IVE ALWAYS BEEN AFRAID OF THE DENTIST ! AHHHHHH! BUT THANKS TO THE INCREDIBLE SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM IN THIS CLINIC, I HAVE LOST MY FEAR AND EVERY 3 MONTHS CHECK IN WITH THEM AND GET MY CLEANING DONE! THANKS SO MUCH DOCTOR FOR MAKE THIS A COMFORTABLE AND RELIABLE PLACE FOR ME :)

Worst experience. Arrogant doctor, uncommunicative and downright rude.
