Fantastic doctor with as big of a heart as her insight.

This doctor owes me a refund & has ignored my request for payment. I did not owe a copay for her services & she refused to see me unless I paid a copay. She then did not return my money after she received the explanation of benefits from the insurance company

Usually running behind and late on appointment times -- I have waited three hours to get with her in the office. But I couldn't re-schedule, as I needed my scripts. I have found her to be a lovely lady and a kind person. She changed from private practice to working with Helen Ross McNabb, and it has been a very difficult time for her and also for me. I've been unable to get the meds/help I need.

Not a good place for children. The office staff took 2 weeks to verify insurance, 2 more weeks to call me back and schedule. My 7 year old daughter was forced to wait for hours to see the doctor, whether we were early or on time for our appointment. Any time after noon she typically runs 1-3 hours behind. The office "triple books" appointment slots. I was told by her very rude front desk person that "the narcotic patients will ALWAYS be priority" on more than one occasion. If you need Methadone, she's your doctor. If you're concerned about your child, get a diagnosis here and move on for follow up!
