very poor office management. They call and leave a message to call back. You call back and the voice message is on, even though office is suppose to be open. Dr. Kumar is a good dr. but he needs to have better people managing his patients. Plenty of other doctors to go to.

Dr. Kumar is very good at what he does. He’s a very nice humble person. He is what a doctor should be. His office staff is very helpful and just all around awesome.

the best doctor I've been too

Thinking about changing to this doctor because he seems like a great doctor from the reviews, however my experience just trying to schedule with him has not been good at all. I called and someone put me on hold for 15 minutes or more and never came back to say anything. I called back several times and it just rang. Eventually i got an answer, however it was the answering service and they said they dont take messages i would have just keep calling to see if they pick up. Later i tried calling and they answered. I let her know what happened and she didnt seem concerned at all. She just said if we are bustly we send it to answering service and they dont take messages so you just have to keep trying. Also she mentioned they dont have an office manager so unfortunately that could be part of the problem.

I have been patient of Dr. Kumar for last 3 years and really like his style of patient care. He really explains everything in layman's language and answers all questions with lots of details. I would recommend Dr. Kumar to anyone who is looking for good doctor with down to earth manner.
