She called in a prescription for an IUD when I came to her for preconception counseling (as in she actually included birth control in my list of prescriptions with the intent to say that she inserted an IUD during my preconception (with intent to conceive) visit and pelvic exam. The IUD was never actually inserted thankfully but imagine going to the OBGYN and trusting them with a sensitive matter as pregnancy and conception, and then seeing an IUD prescribed and listed as though it was provided (harrowing as it made me initially think she actually did this when I never even knew or consented). But in reality it was a hostile message from her I suppose. Medical psychological cruelty and discrimination at its best. This IUD, by the way, was called in as a prescription to a pharmacy without my knowledge and is still listed as an “inactive” prescription. Neither she nor her staff ever apologized for this error and the “inactive” IUD prescription is just a further reminder of her cruelty.

Made discriminatory assumptions about me due to my country of birth and ran an unnecessary test as a result. She also conducted the exam in a very degrading and misleading manner, and was prejudiced, dishonest, and callous in her documentation. Never followed up on test results either and never apologized for her errors.
