Dr. Aruna Narasimman, MD

Not caring or knowledgeable. Bad combination for a doctor.

Dr. Narasimman was very professional , she seemed to care bout her patient . She went above and beyond to make sure my health needs where meet and I really appreciate what she's done . She had two amazing nurse who smiled and was very pleasant.

I have been through several medical professionals "worldwide", with no one asking the right questions, running the correct labs/exams, and truly "looking for the answer" until Now. It is a very "fast paced" office, and is a training ground for up coming doctors which are hungry to learn. The staff has always treated me with the utmost respect, and I truly feel like the people of this practice are Genuine! I am very pleased with the treatments, time and effort and patience that Dr. Narasimman and her associates give to me every time I am there. Looking for answers to my illness! Thank You!

The minimum star is 1, if I could I would give her a MINUS 10. Considering how much money my insurance has paid her, she does not engage with a patient at all. She sends in student doctors and nurses, other staff. She never helps you out. She is a joke. Very full of herself. I could get better medical help from my auto mechanic.

Aruna is a very smart doctor that has lost her focus.She is so busy with students that her goal must be money,money,money! Her staff do not seem to be happy with their jobs and are rude and nasty to patients. This is a place to stay away from if you want more than 10 minutes of her time and attention to what you are saying.

difficult to make an appointment. When you show up its not always the doctor. Sometimes they schedule you with the nurse practitioner. You see the doctor for 5 minutes after being asked an hours worth of questions by a student. It is very annoying. The desk staff is rude and I have heard them mistreat many customers. When I objected to the way I was being treated another patient exclaimed she was also mistreated.

I was first treated by a male nurse who seemed completely manic and about to snap at any moments notice. Then I was seen by the medical student who was competent, until the male nurse started to yell at him for no reason. This male nurse Haiko or what ever his name is needs to switch his field and learn to respect his superiors. Then finally this doctor walts in, spend 2 min. While I waited to pay. I could overhear staff gossipping about patients. Dr has no control over staff. Only thing professional about her pracitice were the students it seems. OK Dr. but staff needs to get FIRED!! I dont want my medical info in hands of these morons.
