Dr. Asal H Sepahi, MD

I made an appointment over a month ago for my son and gave the insurance information. I went there, today, for the appointment and was told the insurance didn’t cover Him and I was told to pay out of pocket. I called the insurance company and I was told he was covered. Then they said they found out this 3 days ago and didn’t even call me back until I went there on Saturday. This practice is awful as they could have called me earlier. I had to go there and find out what was happening. This is not a good practice at all. Was I not worthy to call? This sounded like a scam. I feel bad for Dr Sepahi because she has great reviews and unfortunately we were not able to see her. They should take their work seriously and not causing their patients problems. That’s shameful. I wasted money and time for nothing. That’s so gross and unprofessional.

I was very nervous and Dr. Sepahi was very calming and reassured me that I would be okay. My glasses were too strong and I didn't know what was bothering me. I was getting headaches and I felt much better after she fixed it.
