Dr. Asghar Askari, MD

Dr. Askari is kind, responsive and extremely competent. His office staff is lovely, cheerful and responsive, no matter how busy things get in the waiting room or office. I was referred to Dr. Askari by my urgent care doctor, and he has treated me with the utmost kindness and patience. I highly recommend this doctor and this practice. I feel listened to and well-cared-for.

Hardly return call. Will take days to confirm procedure appointment. Office clerk will say will follow up with doctor or hospital but no call back.

It did happen a few times that when we called to get an appointment or have question, the person who did answer the phone will put us on hold for a long time. We know the office are so busy, too many patients waiting and overcrowded and sometimes patients have to wait outside and a long wait. Dr Askari is ok but not the front office

Dr. Askari is compassionate, patient, and takes his time answering all your questions. I consider him to be a vital part of my health care.

So, I saw Dr. Askari as a follow up to an ER visit for my kidney stones. His staff got me into visit him the next day! He was very interested in getting to the bottom of why I had kidney stones. He had me follow up with him and was determined in finding out what was going on. About 3 months after my first incident with kidney stones, I was feeling sick and paged him. He quickly called me and asked me about my symptoms. He told me to go to the ER and called the ER to tell them to take me in and told them the tests to run, I barely waited in the ER. Yup, kidney stones again! He promptly followed up with me and kept up with trying to get to the bottom of my frequent kidney stones.Unfortunately, I'm just one of those people that is prone to stones (my whole family is), but he was very compassionate and understanding during my whole ordeal. I really appreciated the attention he gave me, he was caring and understood my discomfort.The only reason why I don't go to him is because I… moved out of the state:( Great doctor!

Dr. Askari was what a physician should be. Caring, compassionate, knowledgable, and always accessible. He really took care of me and my family was so pleased by his care.
