I have been a patient for Dr. Shah going on a year and half and she is very patient, very informative and cares about her patients, she is the nicest and most caring Dr. I have ever had and I would recommend her to anybody.

Abut 3 years ago I changed from my general practitioner to Dr. Shah for two reasons. One reason is that my previous doctor was in a three-doctor practice and, while I felt he and the others were competent, I wondered if I could get a more reflective and deliberate doctor that would give me a step-up in diagnosis, prescription, and attention. The second reason is that some residents in my 55+ community were recommending Dr. Shah as an exceptional doctor. I have found this to be so and would recommend her to my friends.

I waited 4 months for this appointment, I was considering Dr. Shah as my new primary care provider as I am new to the area. She was incredibly dismissive, refused to take the time to look at previous medical records that I brought to help establish me as a new patient and told me that regarding pain I am experiencing from kidney stones, that I should use icy hot and take Benadryl to help me sleep. She never sent me to a lab to have my hypothyroidism checked to regulate it as my new provider among several other issues. I couldn't be more displeased and am anxious to find a doctor that actually listens and cares when it comes to quality, proactive care.

Dr. Shah is very compassionate and listens to what I have to say. She interacts very well. Has a great sense of humor too. She follows up herself to check on me when something serious is going on. I am very happy with her!
