Dr. Ashis Mukherjee, MD

I've never experienced anything like this before. The receptionist was very rude to me, and she didn't even ask if I wanted an appointment. She just told me she couldn't schedule me because there were no openings. I asked her if there was anybody else available. She told me that there was no one available. I told her that she shouldn't treat patients like that and there was no need to apologize because I won't be returning.

Dr. Ashis showed little to no concern and did not explain what might have caused our medical problem. We called the clinic several times in two days and were told by the receptionist that the doctor would call us back with the results of our x-rays. But nothing! I had to transfer to a different clinic. If I could, I would have given this review ZERO stars.

When I questioned the doctor and his staff about the tools they used, I was shocked by how haughty they were and how uninformed they were. Dr. Ashis also seemed more interested in getting information from me about how and when I would make payments and suggested some tests for me that had nothing to do with my condition. At this point, I decided that I would start looking for another clinic nearby.

This is the first time I've ever posted a review like this. But that's just how bad the service is at this clinic, and all I want to do is help people avoid it. The staff is unprofessional and lacks the necessary skills to manage patients, and Dr. Ashis is a moneygrubber who is unconcerned about his patients. I suggest you go to another clinic rather than this one.

I feel that Dr. Ashis is an extremely unprofessional medical professional. I even had to repeat myself because I saw him looking around or at his phone. This left a bad impression on me, and I would most likely never visit his clinic again in the future. My recommendation is that you do the same.

I was completely taken aback by how Dr. Ashis and his staff treated me. They are swindlers who provide subpar medical services at best. They provide the bare necessities for their patients. Almost no question I asked them was answered directly. I don't think I can trust them to look after me or my loved ones. I recommend that you go somewhere else instead of this clinic.

I'm not sure which was worse—him not wanting to talk to me or respond to my inquiries, or the untrained staff members who had no idea what they were doing. They should definitely learn how to manage patients instead of trying to sell more medicine because the office was a complete mess. My recommendation is to avoid going there in the first place.

Ashis is a rude and haughty person, and I had an awful experience with him. He approaches a patient with the incorrect mindset. Bad encounter. Never visiting his clinic. I would never ever advise someone to go see him.

The worst physician I've ever encountered. Dr. Ashis's primary purpose is to make money, not to deliver high-quality medical services. He doesn't spend much time with his patients; instead, he spends the majority of his time attempting to get them to pay for pointless tests and procedures. His administrative team lacks professionalism and enough training. He is not someone I would advocate for.

The worst customer service ever! I was speaking with a representative on the phone when she asked me to wait on hold, but she abruptly hung up. After attempting to speak with the person on the other end of a number after number, I went there. The telephone calls were being routed elsewhere, two people sitting at the front desk informed me. Simply not picking up the phone is a skill they have honed. If they don't care, why do they work in healthcare?
