Dr. Basset and her staff did a tremendous job from beginning to end. She was professional, informative, and very helpful. I am sad it's over but glad I came.

Dr. Bassett is awesome! She helped me understand each and every aspect of my knee recovery journey. She is patient and very understanding. She and Ana made this experience absolutely amazing! this provider has been great, she has done ACL surgery and meniscus on my right knee. she has been cautious about every single detail after my surgery was done. experience was excellent, I would definitely recommend this provider as a surgeon and medical provider.

I tore my ACL, meniscus, and sprained my MCL playing soccer. Although sounds very serious Dr. Bassett and her staff were with me every step of the way! Fun fact Dr. Bassett did my surgery while 6-7 months pregnant and STILL my knee is back and better then before!! During her pregenancy her team stepped up especially her PA Anna who helped me during my recovery process and made me as comfortable as talking to Dr. Bassett herself. Overall my experience was nothing short of amazing with there care you wouldnt have no idea that I destroyed my knee just 7 short months ago. Dr. Bassett and her team are the way to go!!!

Dr. Bassett performed my ACL reconstruction surgery and throughout the whole process and recovery she would always make me feel comfortable and gave me a much better understanding on my knee. She was always having a smile on her face and made sure to comfort me when the injury was mentally challenging.

From the first appointment I felt like a person and not a number. Dr. Bassett was incredible at explaining everything that was going on with my injury, how the surgery would go, and how the recovery would look. It's been almost 6 months since my surgery and I feel great and the injury/surgery has healed fantastically. I never waited more than 5 minutes in a waiting room or in the private rooms to be seen and no one ever rushed or made me feel like they had a million patients waiting. I would recommend Dr. Bassett and this practice to anyone immediately.

Dr. Bassett explained everything from the first appointment. She told me the best case scenario as well as worst case. After the MRI, she again explained the surgery from start to finish, stressing that until she got in there, wouldn't know exactly what may need to be done. She again explained the worst case possibility, which turned out to be true. Surgery went well and no complications at all.

Made me feel comfortable with the entire experience.Only have good things to say about Dr. Basset and Anna.
