Dr. Ashley Lauren Forystek, DO

Dr. Forystek was very professional and listened to my concerns. She referred me to the appropriate specialists. Her office staff was very helpful and friendly.

I’m a new patient coming from San Antonio and a bit overwhelmed in trying to find a GOOD doctor. I looked all over based on the reviews folks would leave. I am a Tricare insured patient so I was also looking for doctors that are within the network provider. Did my research on the list of many many providers in the area and narrowed the list down to Dr. Forystek. I’m so glad I came to meet her. She is pleasant and also listened to my concerns. Granted I was only there to establish my PCM, but also talk about my concerns. I found my new PCM. I will be signing up the rest of my family here at her clinic.

I needed a new internal medicine Dr... I made a few calls until I found this office. The staff is very helpful and caring. I made an appointment with Dr Forystek, I had to have back surgery before my appointment. I arrived at my appointment early. The staff seeing I was wearing a back brace, and knowing I was in pain quickly did what they could to get me in and back with the Dr. I was grateful to Dr Forsystek she listened to my issues and answered both mine and my husband’s questions and concerns. She as well as her office went above and beyond to help me and they have continued to listen and be helpful

Dr. Forystek and her staff are amazing. They get you in and out in no time and are extremely friendly.

Dr. Forystek is friendly and always shares updated information about immunizations, health advances etc. She asks appropriate questions regarding my health and my age. I feel confident in her medical knowledge and service. Her staff is always friendly and efficient.

I can sum up the service I received for concerns I had about my joints, as well as the health of my mouth in one word: appalling. Dr. Forystek spent a total of five minutes with me and in that time she acted condescending, irritated and rude. I rarely require a doctorâ??s visit and know my body well enough to act when I am concerned about something that I do not know how to care for on my own. I spent an hour waiting to see her because I believed that I needed a nutritional test done to see what vitamins and minerals my body needed. My joints had become painful, my ears were ringing and my gums were in trouble. In the FIVE minutes I was allotted with her, she managed to try to schedule me for a mammogram and a hearing test. She didnâ??t examine my joints or the concerns I had for my mouth. She flippantly suggested I go see someone else for that. So, I did. As it turns out I was simply deficient in Vitamin D. Had she taken the time to send me for the simple test, my issues would… have resolved quickly. After my ordeal, I waited three days to see how I felt about the â??treatmentâ?? I received and then contacted her office to request my $100 fee to be returned to do lack of service. I was calm, professional and polite. I received late phone replies from her office and kept all copies of phone records. I was told that they called, when in actuality they did not call when they claimed. After waiting for over a month for resolution or at least a call from Dr. Forystek, instead I received a certified letter from Dr. Sandra Brannin and Dr. Jonathan Hines telling me that they will â??no longer be able to provide medical careâ??. Apparently, questing the care I did not receive was not acceptable to them. Patient â??careâ?? is not valued at Wilmington Health. I suggest avoiding them at all costs.
