This physician has no bedside manner whatsoever. She rushed through my entire appointment. She allowed extra staff into my room without introducing them. She even dropped the ball with releasing my lab results. She honestly should be pulled from the floor until she's had more training. Unfortunately, I only read reviews from one website before booking her. After this negative experience I found other websites where she has a 1.8 star reading- and honestly, that's too high!

Horrible bedside manner Shows no concern about patient and doesn’t give the opportunity to allow patient to voice concerns or ask questions. So extremely uncomfortable dealing with this woman who calls herself a delivery doctor.

When you go to a doctor, you hope that they will at least pretend to be interested in what you have to say, but Dr. McCloud was very rude and couldn’t be bothered to spend more than 5 minutes taking with me. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a doctors office than I was with her.

Very professional, attentive to your needs, very caring. Thanks Dr. Jones-McCloud for all you do.

Very little conversation. Rude and not interested in listening.

Unprofessional and snappy attitude. Be seven minutes late and will make you reschedule even if you drove over an hour just to see her.
