Dr. Eleanor Louise Murray, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Murray for over 4 years. Through a miscarriage, a high risk pregnancy, and another pregnancy. She has always been thorough, caring, willing to answer any questions and concerns and overall is a wonderful doctor! She performed a C-section and it was flawless. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new doctor often! Her bedside manner is wonderful and she doesn’t get frazzled or stressed. She’s level-headed and makes decisions carefully. Love her!

I became a patient of Dr. Murray’s about a year ago. From the moment she came into the examining room, I knew I had made a smart decision. During the examination, she told me step by step what she was doing and why. Dr. Murray took away the anxiety of what is generally an anxious procedure. She sets your mind at ease, is kind and compassionate, and is an expert in her field. She showed genuine concern in my situation. I would recommend her to anyone seeking ob/gyn services. kmp

I have been going here for a year. In the past year I have had 2 miscarriages and they handled both VERY poorly. They ordered blood tests for my HCg levels and did not tell me that they had dropped and that I was going to have a miscarriage until it was too late. I called and only then did they decide to tell me my levels dropped. The second time was when I went in for my ultrasound at 9 weeks and they didn't show me the screen at all or share any information about what was happening. Dr. Murrey just told me about "my options" without even explaining that they couldn't find the heartbeat. When I asked she said "Well I thought you would have assumed". I went to another doctor for treatment and when I asked them to perform a blood test Dr.Murrey said she could no longer accept me as a patient since i saw another doctor for care. I find that very unprofessional since I've been going to them for over a year now and they know I need to now on top of everything deal with going to a new… OB.The people they have on the phones are totally unprofessional and do not care for their patients at all. This clinic has lost the little respect I had for them.

Everything was explained to me in detail. I felt very comfortable. And when I was uncomfortable the nurse was even kind enough to hold my hand. Great medical care with compassion. I highly recommend them.

Friendly staff. Very minimal waiting. Dr. Murray was very pleasant and took time to talk with me.

Dr. Murray is fabulous! She explains everything and cares about her patients. But the office staff at Clinic for Women isn't so great. They don't make appointments a year in advance, like most OBGYNS would do. Therefore, I called to see when I needed to come back for my next annual appointment. Once I got to my appointment, I found out that I needed to wait 2 more weeks. I'll stay at the Clinic for women because Dr. Murray is the best OBGYN I've been too.

I have seen Dr. Murray throughout my pregnancy, she is one of the best OBGYN's that I have come in contact with. Appointments are very fast, she is very thorough, talks to you about your health. I was high risk, so I went in frequently. Is very straight forward about the action to take. I recommend her to anyone searching for the right OBGYN. The staff in the Madison location is great too!

Excellent doctor.

Dr. Murray is new to our area, and was delivering my 2nd child via c-section. She has amazing knowledge in her field of expertise, wonderful energy, and is extremely easy to talk to. I never feel rushed or pushed aside. She takes the time to ask about me and my son which she delivered flawlessly. Her fellow medical professionals were extremely impressed with her surgical skills and the scar (or lack there of) that remains from my surgery. A+ Dr. and someone that I can call a friend. I highly recommend her to every woman!
