Dr. Ashley is always great when we come to visit. She has the kindest heart and it's a family run office with her sister and with Savanah. We always feel welcomed. She listens, tries alternatives to treat and studies what's new in the medical field. They can sometimes run behind, but it's worth the wait not to feel rushed once you are inside/speaking to her one-on-one.

Dr O’Shields is one of a kind. She truely takes the time to get to know her patients and their families. Her and her staff always know us by name when we walk in the front door. She always goes above and beyond.

Dr O'Shields and her staff are fabulous! My kids and I love them! I have never felt rushed through an appointment. I have seen her with my kids from newborn years now into middle school...

Dr. O'Shields is a wonderful doctor. She is not only nice but very thorough with her questions and examination. She listens to your concerns without making you feel rushed. She's one of the most competent MDs I've ever met - wish she accepted adult patients too.

Hi. There is so much "good" I have to say about this practice, I don't know where to start :) A few years back, I was searching for a new doctor for my daughter, and called to see about getting a consultation appt. They were able to fit us in that very day! Three years, and two sons later, I wouldn't take my children anywhere else! Dr. O'Shields has went above and beyond my expectations on MANY occasions. From seeing us "last minute" to keeping us in office TWO FULL HOURS after they closed (just to keep a close eye on my daughter's breathing)...... several late night calls on different occasions, to report test results, or to check on one of my sick babies. Most importantly, Dr. O'Shields understands that No One Knows Your Children like you do. If you are a parewnt, you know exactly what I mean :)

She is a very caring and concerned doctor. She checks everything...I feel like she doesn't miss a thing..I think she is a GREAT doctor and I would recommend her to everyone. I really lucked up finding her.
