We often go in as walk-ins and just agree to see anyone there, this was my second time that I got Dr. Monga and both times I left annoyed and a little bit degraded. She’s a med / tamiflu pusher (while most of the docs there are opposite) and anytime you question her in anyway she’ll go on the offense and berate you. Not very comforting or helpful, most of the time it seems like she’s talking down to you. I’ll be requesting to avoid seeing her from now on.

My daughter usually sees Dr. V in this office but she wasn't available so we had no choice but to see Dr. Monga. Asked me why my daughter was there for... explained to her that she had an 102 fever last Sunday night and vomiting. I told her that I sent her to ER for this. Then she started laughing and said you don't have to send her to the ER for fever. Really?! I wasn't expecting what she said. Then my husband asks if my daughter can take Pedialyte since she has decreased appetite.. this is what she said... Her weight is normal for her age so it's not necessary for her to take Pedialyte... What the heck is she saying?! Just because jer wt is normal, its ok for her to starve and not eat?! I really don't mind waiting because the waiting hour is reaally ridiculous but never with Dr. Monga. No compassion at all!

Dr. Monga is an extremely courteous and caring doctor. I can always get an appointment when my children are sick on the day I call no questions asked. She takes her time to fully evaluate my child and also takes into consideration my concerns for every appointment.
