Dr. Reddy’s team did an excellent job explaining each step of the process and ensuring I felt informed and comfortable during my appointment. Gary completed my testing, and it was immediately apparent that he is highly skilled at what he does. His professionalism, responsiveness, empathy, and genuine care stood out. Unfortunately, that level of service is not always consistent throughout Eye Associates, which made Gary’s exceptional customer care even more noticeable. His approach should serve as a model for training and mentoring other staff members at the clinic. I have had ongoing problems with my left eye, resulting in a surgical procedure. He is knowledgeable and very kind..have follow ups and always schedule appointments when he is available. This matter is serious and I am very comfortable with the care I have received from him

Highly recommend Dr. Reddy for excellent care. When my local doctor kept recommending eye injections that damaged my eye I asked for a second opinion. Best decision I ever made! Even though I have to drive hours to reach him, he is worth it. Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Reddy'S team was unknowledgeable about insurance. they don't listen to you and try to put into appointments that you can't keep. Above al something that was only suppose to take two injection has turn into 40 injection with no results.

I found Dr. Reddy an excellent surgeon, willing to answer all my questions both technical and other. I give him a high rating.
