Dr. El-Shalakany is the best ! He takes his time with you and answers all your questions without any problems. Will even call family member and explain to them as well.

I had to wait almost 3 hours to see him. You can barely understand his English. Disorganized office.

Had my suture removed there and I was nervous but the lady that took care of me told me what she was going to do before she did it. She made me feel comfortable and reassured me and put my doubts at ease. Very nice staff.

Doctor El-Shalakany helped me understand what medications I am suppose to take and what the next steps are. The kind lady gave me a card of my next appointment so I wouldn't forget. She also told me she'd call me the day before to remind me of my appointment.

Super clean, friendly staff, and doctor took his time with me.

The waiting time is short and when I arrived the lady offered me and my mother a cup of water. They helped my mother get on the table. The doctor went out of his way to see my mother in the first room since its difficult to transport her. Dr. El-Shalakany took good care of her.
