Dr. Ashutosh A Pradhan

I've seen this doctor on 3 separate visits, and for 2 of the 3 he had a very challenging attitude and the 3rd one crossed the line for me in his unprofessionalism. On the 1st visit, he basically told me what I was experiencing wasn't real. I pushed to get further testing, and upon the results of that testing, he then said we had a case for surgery. I wanted to wait and do further conservative treatments first. I scheduled a 3rd visit with him after I had done those conservative treatments and gotten even more tests done. this time he became frustrated that I had gotten multiple opinions (saw other doctors). He said I was "doctor shopping". Mind you, I have declined pain prescriptions and have chosen conservative treatment for 15 months while I'm in constant pain. I don't want to get surgery. I don't take drugs. I've told him I would want to avoid surgery, and he said "well you're in a surgeons office"... but the problem is, to get an opinion on whether or not you actually need surgery,… you have to see an actual surgeon. A non-surgeon can't give you that perspective. That's how it works. So either his ego took over and he was upset that I had spoken to other doctors, or he was upset that he wasn't going to be getting any surgery money from me. Either way, his words, tone, and accusations were far from professional. I don't know how good of a surgeon he is so I cannot speak to that. But he is definitely rude, shows no empathy, and doesn't seem to support the client's best interest.

I love Doctor Pradhan, he has been my doctor for years and has helped me in so many ways. He is honest, tells you straight out if he can help you and the best thing I like is he goes above and beyond. I love his staff, Scott and Jennifer are awesome and he couldn’t have a better Team!!! He might not think he is compassionate but, he is wonderful and he cares for you and your health! What a blessing he is that GOD gave him such a great talent!! ?????? I would advise anyone to seek his talent, you will not be disappointed!!!

Dr. Pradhan is an excellent doctor! Not only did he listen to my issues, he solved them. I had severe numbness, tingling, pins & needles & lower back pain for over a year and half. He knew exactly what needed to be done & I can say that after surgery I feel 100% better. I can recommend him & his staff with no hesitation at all. 5 star doctor in my book.

Dr. Pradhan, saved my husbands life and I cannot thank him enough for that. He is patient, calm, sensitive to your situation and speaks in very layman type terms. Doesn't speak in overly technical terms without further explanation and checking back with you for confirmation of understanding. Gives you examples and analogies to help you understand, as well takes his time with you. I can't tell you enough how much he impressed me in what was otherwise a very scary, unexpected time. Staff is nice, just not super prompt...that would be my only critical comment. Thats OK for me though... I will take Neurosurgical Rockstar over that ANYDAY!
