Dr. Gaitonde is smart, dedicated, and transparent. I work with many OBGYNs in my line of work and I can confidently say that Dr. Gaitonde is one of the absolute best out there!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gaitonde since 2016, when I experienced an ectopic pregnancy and had just switched insurance. After countless phone calls, he was the only doctor willing to see me as a new patient when I was barely 8 weeks pregnant — and I’ve been with him ever since. Over the past nine years of infertility, he’s provided compassionate, trauma-informed care every step of the way. This August 2025, he delivered our miracle baby! Dr. Gaitonde is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares for his patients. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Gaitonde is excellent. He very recently guided us through our first pregnancy and delivery (breech c-section) with an outstanding level of care and competence. His surgical skills are top-notch, and the work he did on my incision was impeccable. From beginning to end, his bedside manner has been second to none. At every appointment, he anticipated potential questions and provided reassurances. He also took the time to talk through my questions and concerns, and he did so professionally and patiently. I cannot recommend Dr. Gaitonde highly enough.

Having spent many hours waiting in other doctor waiting rooms wondering how late they’ll be past my appointment it continues to be a delightful surprise every visit to Dr Gaitonde that he is so incredibly prompt. He is very knowledgeable and candid with his answers. I trust his advice and am grateful for my confident care during pregnancy, delivery and continued annual care.

Dr. Gaitonde is personable, respectful, and thorough. As my husband and I are first time parents in the first trimester, he has given us so much confidence as he guides us through this new experience. He takes the time to equip and educate us. And he has fun doing it! I have multiple friends who also go to Dr. Gaitonde and they all have the same experience!

Gaitonde has a great bedside manor and takes time with his patients. I have been seeing him for years, since my Doctor retired. He has delivered one of my babies, and soon to be another.

Dr Gaitonde is an amazing physician. He takes the time to advocate for his patients, explain things clearly, and help put their minds at ease. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of an OB/GYN.

I had my first baby with Dr.Ashwin Gaitonde in 2016. I had to change my doctor due to location change and he took me when I was almost 20 weeks. He took time to go through the tests my previous obgyn did and informed me what all are missing and had to be redone. He is very friendly and took time to answer every question. He always made me feel comfortable during the appointments. Also, he was there at the time of my delivery and was very cooperative. He was not in a rush anytime because I was induced and there in the labor room for 24 hours and he still had so much patience and ensured that me and my baby both are fine. He would inform me from time to time what they are doing to me/what they are going to do. Very very knowledgable doctor. Hard to find such doctors these days. Unfortunately, he stopped taking patients in Frisco ,Tx . Otherwise I would have seen him for my future pregnancies also.
