This was my first visit to this office and I sat in the lobby from 3:25-5:15 and was never called to the back. When I approached the desk to ask if they knew how much longer it would be I was advised I should have been seen by now. I agreed because several people arrived after me and went in prior to me. I explained that I had to be across town by 6:00 so I would have to cancel, so the front desk clerk went to the back to see what was taking so long. She came back out and said you will be called in 2 minutes, however this still did not happen. I asked her to cancel the appointment and I would schedule one with a Dr. closer to my side of town. She said this is the only one close to your side of town. I asked if Dr. Patel was the only specialist in this field and she replied that there were others at St. Francis......after this conversation I kindly left.
