Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:I chose a career in Surgery because I wanted to help people. I care for patients with life threatening illness (such as cancer) to lifestyle altering problems (such as hemorrhoids). My favorite time is the post-op visit when the patient is happy because their problem has been cured. Seeing my patients happy brings me joy.What I want my patients to know about me:If you give me the privilege of being your doctor, I will work with you as a team to help you overcome your illness. I will care for you the way I would care for my parents.What I do when I'm not seeing patients:I have two toddlers. They take up most of my free time.
