Dr. Asifa Mahboob Malik, MD

My husband was being seen by Dr Malik. I’ve never been through so much in my life. He was diagnosed with “ Follicular Lymphoma “ asa “NonHodgkins Lymphoma “. Every time we would go see her she would never remember why she wanted to see my husband again!! As time went on, my husband was in chronic pain having stage 4 cancer grades 1 and 2. He would tell her where his pain was and how hard it was for him to just make the trip there to see her. This went on and on. Every time I’d call her and ask her for help......I would hear ( take him to the ER ). When someone has cancer you don’t tell them to go to the ER !!!! My daughter complained several times and nothing was done!! My husband went 2 months without having pain medication!!!! Finally I called and threw a fit!!!! Just having cancer is bad enough without having a doctor that DOES’NT CARE !! Dr Malik looked at my husband and said, “ You’re Not In PAIN “ ????. How does she know how cancer feels, she doesn’t have a clue!!!! When… I called and threw a fit I finally was headed in the right direction!! Dr Zhang took over where the so called Dr Malik left off. Now my husband is being well taken care of and Dr Zhang told us more in ONE visit than Dr Malik told us in SEVERAL visits!!!! Doctors like her shouldn’t be allowed in the CAMC Cancer Center!!! Because it takes a doctor with a HEART to take care of cancer patients!!!!! If anyone is looking for a doctor who cares please take my advice and STAY AWAY FROM DR MALIK!!!!!!
