I was nervous about seeing a psychiatrist... The scheduler was very kind and helpful. I had my appointment with Dr. Rana I immediately felt at ease. I could tell he knew what to ask me and I felt comfortable being honest with him. He listened TO ME and I think his experience made him feel comfortable treating accordingly. I will see him again for follow up and appreciated his time and his advice that I need to also have some therapy which I agree with. I felt better after our visit and am hopeful I get better with his guidance.

He is not a good Psychiatrist. He is rude. Over the course of several years, a teenage patient missed 2 appointments. Instead of caring about why the young girl missed her appointments he Fired her as a patient instead. That is extremely dangerous and unprofessional!! She missed her appointments because his treatment wasn’t working

Overall very poor on support and properly helping mental health issues; Billing and service department poorly run in managing proper billing as well.

Wow there are truly not enough words to honestly tell you how I feel about Dr Rana and his staff. Dr Rana saved my life!! I could never thank him enough, he also sees my son who has Autism and he is amazing with him. The staff is amazing, they are always so friendly and caring!! I could go on for hours...I’m not someone who does reviews like this but Dr Rana is truly wonderful!!

This program saved my life and the people that run the facility are very nice and respectful. would recommend this program to anyone struggling with addiction.
